Driving to work listening to a couple of Ben Folds tracks, I changed the channel to the Boston Public Radio. A retired woman from Boston now living in Danbury, Connecticut was talking about her impressions on the election day.
“The sky is blue and the air is so still today.”
Anchors agreed,
“Yes, it is a beautiful day.”
She continued nonchalantly,
“The last time I felt this still air, 9/11 happened. I clearly remember the air, just like today. And the situation now with Donald Trump’s candidacy is comparable to a terrorist attack.”
Touche. The anchors became speechless..
Mass. Governor Charlie Baker decided to leave the presidential ballot blank. I am neither Hillary fanatic and -of course- nor Donald’s. If I had to pick one, especially I were a governor, I would pick Hillary to finish the other, to protect the people I care for.
Well, I am very conscious of my inherent bias, perhaps even of my brutality; however this cartoon exactly represents my standpoint. (Feat. Mortal Combat)
I cannot place my students and friends in Jeopardy.
Vote, people. Vote!
Finish him.
